Invitation to a Cacao Ceremony
Womb of Creation - Nurturing, Centering, Empowering our Sense of Self

In this Ceremony we will create a safe sacred space to connect into our wombs.
Our wombs of creativity, power and divine connection to life.

We will drink the sacred cacao to
tend to any wounds held in our wombs to bring nurturing love to our sacred space connected to our life giving force,
transform judgment, repression, held emotions into clear open flow of energy,
connect into our relationship with our creative power, being in a body on Earth,self love and care,
tune into the living consciousness of Earth and the elements to commune with the womb of all life as it is in the body and Earth to feel the support and connection to all life,
welcome ourselves home to our bodies and Souls in the Divine Union of Self.

We will embody the pure energy of ourselves to gain a clearer sense of self and feel the flow of creative power we naturally are.

We are in time of great purification and expansion of self awareness.
Our relationship to ourselves is the most sacred and significant one we can have.

Cacao will be prepared ahead of time, so please rsvp so enough cacao is prepared for you

Traditionally, food is shared together after the ceremony to nourish our bodies for integration and be with one another in celebration.
Please bring a light vegetarian gluten free dish to pass.

March Soundbath

Sunday, March 12th 3-4:30pm at 110 DeSoto Center Drive across from El Jimador restaurant.

Please RSVP to 469-520-4886 to reserve your spot. Cost is $30.00 per person.

Please bring a yoga mat or padded mat sleeping bag or blankets, pillow, eye cover and water. I have some blankets, bolsters and mats available for use. You will be lying down for over an hour so comfort is key. You will be bathed in the sounds of high vibrational instruments, in a meditative state between theta and delta waves. This is very relaxing and stress relieving. I am honored and grateful to offer this to the community, Please RSVP to 469-520-4886 or sign up online.

Plant Based Potluck

The next plant based potluck is Saturday, March 11th 12 - 2pm at 110 DeSoto Center Drive in Hot Springs Village, AR. If you live outside the Village you will need a pass to enter the gate. Simply RSVP by calling or texting 469-520-4886. Please bring a plant based dish with serving utensils and one copy of the recipe to share. This is a great way to meet people and learn about plant based eating. You do not have to be plant based to attend. I look forward to seeing you there.
